DEBCO is a signatory commercial general contractor specializing in Design-Build services since 1973. We also work with owners and contractors on Renovations, Additions and Bid Spec work. No matter what type of project it is, big or small, the same attention to detail and quality workmanship is used.
Design-Build:
We pride our selves on our ability to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations with each and every project we manage. DEBCO has the ability to take a project from the early conceptual sketches, to handing over the keys to your new facility. We achieve this with our in-house staff of Design and Construction professionals and by merging the Design and Building Phases. With this merger, time is reduced and errors are eliminated producing a cost savings that we pass onto the customer.
Renovations, Additions:
DEBCO has the resources and experience to remodel and also work with owners who find that their business has out-grown there existing facility. By sitting down with the customer, we are able to field some ideas of what is needed now and in the future. By addressing these concerns now, we are able to plan for the future and incorporate it into the design to save money in the long run.
Bid-Spec:
Another component of DEBCO is Bid Spec work. Many Architects and General Contractors call on us for our expertise on pre-engineered steel builds and we have aligned ourselves with “A WORLD LEADER” VP Buildings (www.vp.com). By using a pre-engineered building system, we are able to save time and offer a competitive price. This again all translates into a cost and time savings for the Architect and General Contractor.
