Robert T. Swenson Sr., President, is one of the original founders of DEBCO Corporation, which was founded in 1973.

He has 40 years of experience in the Design-Build Construction Field and remains active in project management as well as the duties and responsibilities as President.

Robert Sr. resides in Janesville with his wife and has five grown children

Robert T. Swenson Jr., Vice President of Sales, joined DEBCO Corporation in 1996, holds a BA from Edgewood College in Madison, WI.

His duties include sales and operations of the company, as well as estimating, purchasing, and project management.

Robert Jr. is a member of Janesville Morning Rotary. He is also a member of the City of Janesville’s Commercial Contractors Total Quality Management Team.

Robert Jr. resides in Janesville with his wife and two children.

Mark J. Holapa, Vice President of Field Operations, joined DEBCO Corporation in 1990.  Mark's duties include the coordination and management of all fiield operations and field employees.
