Robert Swenson Sr. – President
 
Bob, one of the original founders of DEBCO Corporation, has played an integral and active role since 1973. With over 40 years of hands on experience in Design – Build construction, he remains active in project management as well as the duties and responsibilities as president.
 
Robert Swenson Jr. – Vice President of Sales
 
Rob joined DEBCO in 1996 after completing his studies at Edgewood College in Madison, WI for a BA in Management and Marketing. He has taken on duties in sales and operation of the company, as well as estimating, purchasing, and project management. Rob has been a long time member of “Janesville Morning Rotary” and “City of Janesville’s Commercial Contractors Total Quality Management Team”
 
Pat Hoffman – Office Manager
 
Pat has kept the office running for over 30 years by maintaining the accounting department. She has been a welcomed presence ever since.
 
Greg Miller – Architectural Designer
 
Greg is the newest member to the DEBCO team; graduating from UW-Platteville, he earned his BS in Industrial Technology Management. With him, he brings knowledge of the residential sector and pre-engineered steel buildings.
 
Mark Holapa – Superintendent of Field Operations
 
Mark joined DEBCO in 1990, and since has overseen the coordination and management of all field operations and employees. 
 
Jason Burkheimer – Field Operation (Iron Worker – Foreman)
 
Jason joined DEBCO in 2006, coming from a long lineage of iron workers; he maintains and supervises the steel erection phase of the building process.
